Fabric Selection, Making & Production at Onacara

At Onacara, everything begins with care and intention. We personally select all of our fabrics, visiting suppliers and taking the time to choose materials that truly reflect our style, quality standards, and design vision. This hands-on approach ensures that every fabric we use is considered, distinctive, and aligned with the world we want to create.

We are not a mass-production business. Each cushion is made in small, considered batches where quality always comes before quantity. Our production team cares just as much as we do as the business founders, and over time we’ve become a close-knit family working toward the same standard of excellence. Every piece is carefully produced with attention to detail, ensuring it carries the right weight, texture, and finish that meets our standards.The fabrics for each design are selected by us personally, and every stage of production is closely overseen by our team. Lucy, our design lead, shapes the creative direction, while Bahar, our production coordinator, manages each detail from start to finish. Because we remain deeply involved from fabric selection through to final production, we are proud of the consistency, care, and exceptionally low return rate we achieve.
